Booking and confirmation
Each session is 45 minutes. A submitted appointment is a request and is only confirmed after personal review.
Appointments for minors
A parent or legal guardian must make a booking for a client under 18 and confirm this when submitting the form.
Session format
Appointments may be online or in person. The practical details for a confirmed appointment are arranged directly with the client or guardian.
Cancellation and rescheduling
Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
Payment
The first session is free. If we agree to continue, payment is arranged in advance for the agreed plan of one, five, or ten sessions, through a private payment link.
